Integrity, Friendship, Respect and Charity

We are cropped-tyrian-master-150th-bw.pngone of the Oldest Masonic Lodges in Eastbourne, and indeed in the Masonic Province of Sussex, with a rich and long history dating back over 150 years. The Lodge is warranted under the United Grand Lodge of England and was founded in 1866.

Freemasonry itself is one of the world’s oldest social and charitable organisations. It is a society of men who prize integrity, friendship, respect and charity within society.

All monies to support our ongoing charitable work are raised through lodge members either from individual contributions or from an extensive social programme that puts the FUN back into fundraising.

We are proud of our charity work at a lodge, province and national level supporting local, national and international charities by providing funds for care, shelter, equipment, relieving immediate need and funding valuable medical research. We are second only to the National Lottery in terms of charitable giving.

We would welcome enquiries from honest, decent and trustworthy men who want to become Freemasons, to learn about our history and be involved in our charitable work. If you want to find out more about our wonderful, worldwide organisation or how to become a member uglepgls-approved-2008-017of our lodge please see the Join Us page and use the contact form.
